We collect the following types of information when you use Renchly:
- Account information: Name, email address, phone number, home address, and password
- Payment information: Processed and stored by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Service information: Visit history, booking details, job notes, and service preferences
- Uploaded media: Photos and videos you upload in connection with service requests
- Usage data: Browser type, IP address, pages visited, and time spent on the platform
2. How We Use Your Information
- To schedule, dispatch, and complete service visits
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To communicate with you about your account and bookings
- To allow Technicians to review job details and navigate to your property
- To improve our services and platform experience
- To comply with legal obligations
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these circumstances:
- Technicians: Your name, address, phone, and job details are shared with the Technician assigned to your visit
- Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/storage), Resend (email), and other infrastructure vendors under appropriate data agreements
- Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of the Company or others
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Uploaded media is retained for up to 2 years for recordkeeping and dispute resolution, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, HTTPS transmission, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You use our platform at your own risk.
6. Your Rights
You may request to:
- Access or receive a copy of your personal data
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and associated data
- Opt out of non-transactional communications
